Mental Wellness Counseling: Proactive Care for Your Mind

Just as you visit your doctor or dentist for regular checkups, your mental health deserves the same proactive attention. At my practice, I believe that preventive and personalized care is key to maintaining your overall well-being.

My Mental Wellness Visits are designed to be a regular part of your self-care routine. Instead of waiting until a crisis arises, I work with you as your dedicated mental health provider, helping you monitor, maintain, and optimize your emotional well-being.

What The Whole Mental Wellness Program Includes:

Discover what our effective mental wellness counseling includes to support lasting growth through personalized care.

1. Initial Assessment

We’ll begin with one intake session to evaluate your mental “vital signs.” Together, we’ll look at mood, anxiety, stress levels, relationships, life satisfaction, sleep patterns, and lifestyle factors.

2. Personalized Wellness Plan

Based on your assessment, I, Dr. Alex Snead will create a customized plan with recommendations to strengthen resilience and support long-term mental wellness.

Semi-Annual Check-ins

Every six months, we’ll meet to review your progress, celebrate successes, and address any new challenges.

3. As-Needed “Booster” Sessions

If you need additional support, you can schedule extra sessions to focus on specific concerns or simply check in.

Think of it as a dedicated plan to keep your mental health in top shape—with one consistent professional who knows your story and walks alongside you.
